April 20 Saturn into Gemini In general, Saturn in Gemini will put limits or restrictions on transportation and communication. Saturn is in a sign for two and a half years. So for the next couple of years we might experience economic slowdowns and government regulations in those industries. With Pluto in the opposing sign of Sagittarius, much of these limitations will take place because of changing relationships between the US and its allies or trading partners. Kriyananda taught us something interesting in the professional astrology program at the Temple of Kriya Yoga. He said that as soon as Saturn approaches a change of sign, people who have the Sun in that sign (or that modality) will start to call. This has always been my experience. People who don't know astrology, intuitively feel it's time to get some insights into their life. So as Saturn as been approaching Gemini, I've had a whole string of clients with some major lineup of planets in Gemini -- or Sagittarius, Virgo or Pisces. There will be a Saturn-Pluto opposition at approximately 15 degrees Gemini-Sagittarius this summer. Many of these clients had a mutable lineup that will be touched by this opposition, especially those born in 1965/1966 with Saturn in Pisces opposed Uranus conjunct Pluto in Virgo. The most positive keywords to reflect on for any Saturn transit are priority, focus and commitment. In other words, when Saturn transits your Sun sign or forms a hard aspect to natal planets, you'll have to choose your priorities -- there probably won't be time to do everything you'd like to do. Once your priorities are established, focus on them and give them your total commitment. Be aware that you'll most likely receive the benefits of this focused and committed work after Saturn leaves the configuration. And when Saturn moves on, you can begin to add all the 'extras' back into your schedule. *********************
