You're walking down a crowded urban street, a crush of people surrounds you, everyone going their own way, each with their own separate life.  Suddenly, you have the power to look into their minds.  At random, you choose a person.  He's thinking about computers.  Another is caught up in a TV show she saw last night.  Some are grumbling and complaining to themselves.  Some are planning their financial futures.  Many are just having chatty conversations with imaginary friends.

If you would like to do this for real - randomly tap into the minds of a diverse group of people -- try linkwatcher.  Blogs (weblogs) which have been recently updated are linked.  Remember:  there are some minds you may not enjoy tapping into.  Surf at your own risk.
